Owon OEL8511 electronic load
Details
The OWON OEL8511 is part of the OEL8500 series electronic loads, which is a budget series of electronic loads and offers a competitive price for these specifications. The OEL8511 is able to draw up to 200W and it can pull up to 20A, and 150V.
This series of electronic loads offers a lot of functionality for its price, such as an adjustable slew rate up to 2A/μs, a 5kHz dynamic mode, remote compensation, parallel mode to connect multiple loads in parallel, and input polarity reversal protection which protects the load if you accidentally swap the + and -. A unique feature which is not common for electronic loads is the ability to directly plug banana cables into the load. Additionally, the load features several tests such as a battery discharge test, OCP test and OPP test. With these tests, you can determine if the OCP or OPP of other devices work. Finally, the electronic load has a bright 3.9-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1mV/1mA and can be controlled via RS232 or USB.
