JBC SRWS-2SC SMD rework station

The JBC SRWS-2SC SMD rework station is a complete rework system that includes a hot air station, rework arm, preheater set, and corresponding protectors, tripods and extractors. The system provides you with the possibility to arrange your temperature and airflow, and thus can the soldering task be done in a controlled way.

Hot air station

Included is the JTSE-2B hot air soldering station that delivers a high power of 700 W. This station has several built-in profiles that enable rework tasks to be carried out with maximum precision. It is also possible to create profiles and thus arrange the airflow and temperature values. Using a thermocouple it is possible to achieve precise temperatures and this makes sure that certain parts or specific spots on a PCB can be protected against overheating.

Rework arm

Additionally, the RWS-D adjustable rework arm is included in the SRWS-2SC rework station. This rework arm provides hands-free operation and can be adjusted in height as well as work position. Furthermore, the rework arm has a hose clamp to make sure the heater hose can be kept aside and thus keep the work area clear of any obstacles.

Preheater set

Lastly, the PHSE-2KB IR preheater set is included. This is a complete set consisting of the PHSE IR preheater and console, PHS-SA IR preheater support, PH218 thermocouple type K and Kapton tape. The PHSE-2KB is designed for small/medium-sized PCBs and the preheater support can also be used separately from the preheater as an aid during soldering and desoldering.
