Hioki BT3563A battery tester
Details
The Hioki BT3563A battery tester is a desktop battery tester which is ideal for automatic testing of large battery packs, such as those in electric vehicles. This battery tester can measure any type of battery within measurement range, and is designed to measure the DC voltage, and the AC resistance at 1kHz. The battery tester can measure OCV and the internal resistance at the same time, using four-wire measurement using a 1kHz signal.
The battery tester supports a voltage range from 0V to 300V, and a resistance range from 3mΩ to 3kΩ, making this battery tester suitable for a wide range of battery capacities. Its fast measurement speed (under 10ms), high sampling rate (4ms), the noise reduction function and the comparator function make the BT3563A ideal for quick and easy battery assessment.
The BT3563A tester is equipped with LAN, RS-232C, EXT-I/O, and analog out interfaces, and is designed for easy network integration. The ESD-safe design provides protection against damage from static discharges, making it ideal for complex testing setups.
