Hakko FX-9704-81 micro N₂ soldering iron

The Hakko FX-9704-81 is a soldering iron for the FX-971, FX-971 (station only), FX-972 and the FX-972 (station only). This soldering iron is used for micro soldering with a short length from tip head to the handle and it uses N₂ gas to increase solderability. The soldering iron has a power of 70 watt and a cord length of 1.2 meter.

For each tip, a suitable nozzle is needed. Below, you can find information about compatible nozzles and soldering tips. The B5337 is 4mm longer than the B5338. The B5337 nozzle is suitible when using the soldering tip horizontally or when the B5338 causes obstruction.
