The Hakko A1310 is a K-type thermocouple probe designed for use with soldering pots/baths. The sensor features a 19cm long shaft, and a cable length of 1m.
This thermocouple is perfectly suited for use with the Hakko FG100B thermometer. However, it is a normal K-type thermocouple and will therefore also work with other thermometers.
