GW Instek PEL-5004G-1200-160 electronic load
Details
The GW Instek PEL-5004G-1200-160 is a 4000W electronic load capable of 1200V and 160A. The PEL-5004G-1200-160 can be used for battery testing, battery chargers, and EV's as the DC load is protected. The built-in slow starter prevents damage when directly connecting to high-voltage batteries or chargers. The load allows for short-circuit testing and automatic testing of overcurrent and overpower protection. The PEL-5004G-1200-160 features four different battery discharge modes for battery charger testing, which are CV + current limit, CV + power limit, CC and CP mode. Additionally, in CC or CP mode, you can set the discharge cut-off voltage, discharge time or discharge capacity.
The load meets the verification requirements of different DUT's, with functions such as Surge current, OCP and OPP. Voltage polarity can be set to a positive or negative value on the display. Finally, the load supports parallel connection of up to 8 units in CV, CC, CP and CR test modes to provide a maximum power of 48kW.
