The GW Instek GSG-2160 is part of the high-end GSG-2000 series of RF signal generators. This device is designed for applications such as use in education, testing RF components like antennas and amplifiers, automotive signal testing and standard communications signal testing such as IoT, LTE and Bluetooth. The GSG-2000 series features a wide amplitude range from +20dBm to -140dBm with a frequency range from 9kHz to 6GHz. The pulse signal can simulate pulse wave applications of various widths. The LF output can be used to test circuit design and electronic components. The GSG-2160 model also includes digital modulation.
Connectivity is flexible too, with USB, LAN and GPIB communication interfaces making it easy to integrate into automated test setups. The device fits a standard 3U rack. Finally, this model is equipped with a 7" TFT LCD.
