Note: the displayed product in the image is the four-channel 3504 model.
The GW Instek GDS-3502 is a two-channel 500 MHz oscilloscope with a sampling rate of 4 GSa/s. It features a large screen and VPO (visual persistence oscilloscope) technology, which provides a clear and detailed display of signals. The unique split-screen function allows each input channel to be controlled and viewed independently with its own settings and waveform display.
With the GDS-3000 series oscilloscopes, the input impedance can also be changed to either 50 Ω, 70 & or 1 MΩ. However, the bandwidth at 70 Ω impedance is limited to 150 MHz.
The GDS-3000 series oscilloscopes have a USB-port at the front and rear to ensure easy access to stored data. The integrated SVGA video output allows the displayed images to be transmitted to a monitor or external projector. Furthermore, the oscilloscopes have RS-232 and LAN interfaces. It is also possible to print the data directly on printers that support PictBridge.
The 3502 and 3504 differ only in the number of channels.
