Details
The GW Instek GDM-9042 is a 4¾ digit digital multimeter with extensive functionality. The meter offers a high precision DC voltage measurement with 0.02% basic accuracy and features a total of 11 other accurate measurement functions, including temperature measurement, which is exclusive to this model. Furthermore, this meter also includes a wide range of Math functions to simplify the analysis of data.
In addition to the standard numerical display mode, the GDM-9042 also offers a variety of graphical functions thanks to its 4.3" TFT display, including bar meters and trend graphs. As a result, measurement results are not just presented as numbers, but also as visual plots that improve clarity and interpretation.
A unique feature of the GW Instek digital multimeters is the ability to simultaneously perform two different measurement functions. These functions are executed in parallel, and the results are displayed side-by-side as numeric values or graphical plots.
The GDM-9042 is equipped with a USB device, a USB host, and a GPIB interface is also available. These interfaces, combined with the supplied PC software, make it possible to configure the meter from a computer and log or monitor measured data in real time.
