After using this soldering iron, I can say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. Simply, the price/quality ratio is unbeatable. The soldering iron is very pleasant to use; very fast heating and stable temperature thanks to the active tip make working with this tool a real pleasure. Delivery in Europe is fast and accurate. It's not expensive either. The device arrived impeccably packaged.
Until now, I used the TS100 (due to its easy portability, I will continue to use it outside the house), but I must say that the handle on the ELE ATS-1 is more comfortable to use. The station itself is heavy and immovable. Simply, ELE ATS-1 certainly does not fall behind many more expensive soldering stations. I highly recommend it.

This ELE-ATS1 soldering station is a very user-friendly soldering station with an excellent price-quality ratio and a temperature range of 150 °C - 550 °C. It has a total power of 80 W and makes use of an active tip system which ensures a high temperature stability. The tips can be replaced easily. Additionally, the station features an LCD that displays the set temperature, real-time temperature, and whether the standby function is on. When the temperature stabilizes, the indicator will flash. Since the soldering station is heavy and comes with non slip material at the bottom, it stays put in one place. Other useful features of the ELE-ATS1 include a standby function, sleep function and temperature locking function. The soldering station is calibrated at the factory, so there's no need to calibrate it before first use.

I'm not a pro but this station is amazing. I'm glad I got that one! It's neat, compact, and heavy, it doesn't move at all on the desk. The tip heats up really quickly, the cord is light and isn't in the way. The led display is nice, you can pick 6 levels of brightness.The tip included is rather small, I'd recommend getting a larger one.
Active tip, esd safe, precise, easy swappable tips, standby, sleep and lock mode, brass wool included. For less than 100€ tax included, in a EU based shop that's great.
