The Chipquik SMD291SNLT6 is a lead-free No-clean solder paste that is RoHS 3 and REACH compliant. The solder paste is supplied in a 15g syringe.
The SMD291SNLT6 is a type 6 solder paste (5-15 microns), contains 86% metal and has a melting point of 220°C. This solder paste has a shelf life of >6 months refrigerated and >2 months unrefrigerated. We recommend storing the product refrigerated at 3 to 8°C and allowing the paste to reach room temperature before use.
These syringes are universal, and can therefore also be used with the SP-1000 paste dispenser.
