Chipquik TS391LT No-clean soldering paste lead-free

The Chipquik TS391LT is a lead-free No-clean solder paste that is unique because this paste does not need to be kept in the refrigerator, but still remains good for a year. The solder paste is supplied in a 5cc, 15g syringe for easy application of the paste.
The TS391LT is a type 4 solder paste (20-38 microns), contains 87% metal and has a very low melting point of only 138°C. We at Eleshop recommend to store the product at room temperature for the longest lifetime.
