The UNI-T UT161E is a very affordable 22000 count True-RMS multimeter which can measure up to 1000 V AC/DC. It's the successor to the popular UT61E, which has been discontinued. This multimeter packs many features for its price range, including peak measurement, backlit display, NCV and USB connectivity. Like its predecessor, it comes with a fast updating bar graph as well. In addition to regular voltage/current/resistance/continuity modes, it measures hFE, capacity, frequency and duty ratios.
