The Fluke 15B+ is an affordable handheld digital multimeter for general electrical troubleshooting. It measures AC/DC voltage up to 1000V and current up to 10A, and adds resistance, continuity, diode and capacitance measurements for general electronics work. It shares the same compact housing as the 17B+, making it easy to operate with one hand.
The 4000-count display with white backlight keeps readings visible in distribution boards and poorly lit spaces. With a CAT III 600V safety rating and typical Fluke build quality, the 15B+ is suitable for residential and light-industrial environments. This multimeter uses an average-responding measurement and does not provide True-RMS measurements, so it is best suited to sinusoidal signals. If you are looking for a multimeter that also has the capabilities to measure frequency and temperature, consider checking out the 17B+.
