The Tekbox TBVNA-6000 is a vector network analyser without a display, resulting in a compact form factor allowing you to easily place it alongside an existing setup. The VNA is primarily designed to measure across a wide bandwidth, including low frequencies. The bandwidth ranges from 1Hz to 6GHz, allowing measurement applications from audio to radio frequencies (RF). Alongside this high bandwidth, the device also has a low resolution of 0.1Hz, which is low compared to the 1Hz standard in this price range, making this the perfect tool for precise measurements.
Moreover, the VNA features functions as a spectrum analyser with a similar 6 GHz bandwidth, and a signal generator option with the same wide bandwidth and 0.01 Hz resolution. These additions make this VNA a good pick for audio analysis and power supply characterisation. The TBVNA-6000 also includes a built-in 4-channel digital oscilloscope with a 60 Hz bandwidth, as well as dedicated tools for THD measurements, phase noise analysis, and general noise testing. For frequency response testing, the integrated Bode function adds two additional high-impedance inputs (1MΩ // 15pF) that can be used for gain/phase measurements or as a vector voltmeter. In addition, the Bode function provides a separate high-voltage signal output (±10V high impedance, ±5V into 50Ω) with a bandwidth of over 200MHz at full power, making it a powerful addition for a wide range of test scenarios.
Moreover, the device has a USB port, allowing you to connect it to a computer and use the software provided by Tekbox to control the device and view the measurements performed by the VNA. Since the device has no display, all measurements performed must be read from a connected computer. Finally, the TBVNA-6000 is a versatile and powerful tool for professionals working within a high-bandwidth, RF and audio frequencies, whilst providing accurate measurements.
There are 4 calibration kits available for the TBVNA-6000 VNA, TBVC-NF6, TBVC-NM6, TBVC-SF6, TBVC-SM6, differing in whether the connector is an N-type or SMA-type and if it is male or female.
