TekBox TBMA8-PAT Tiltable tripod adapter
Details
The Tekbox TBMA8-PAT is a tiltable antenna mounting adapter that fits over the 30mm shaft of a tripod and holds an antenna on a second shaft. It is used to mount the TBMA8 on the TBTP5 tripod, or the TBMA11 on the TBTP4.
Because the antenna can be tilted in the adapter, the antenna can be aligned with the EUT without moving the tripod, which is useful for radiated emission measurements at close range and for antenna positioning at heights where the tripod itself cannot be adjusted.
The TBMA8-PAT is supplied as a single adapter, without tripod or antenna.
