The TekBox TBLNA-110M-HZ is a DC-coupled impedance converter designed to match high impedance sources from 1MΩ to 50Ω. The TBLNA-110M-HZ can be used for in-circuit measurements using standard oscilloscope probes in 50Ω systems, as well as a high impedance frontend for RF equipment with 50Ω inputs, such as spectrum analysers. It has a flat frequency response from DC to 110MHz and a 3dB bandwidth range from DC to 500MHz, while remaining usable up to 1GHz. It also provides two separate outputs: one with a gain of 0dB and another with a gain of 20dB, which is useful when used with a 1:10 oscilloscope probe, as the output can compensate for the attenuation of the probe.
