Tekbox TBCG2 comb generator / frequency multiplier
Details
The Tekbox TBCG2 is a passive comb generator/frequency multiplier, which is suitable for an input frequency from 1 MHz to 350 MHz. The TBCG2 can multiply the input signal to 1 MHz up to 2.5 GHz.
A Step Recovery Diode (SRD) system is used to generate signals with a flat spectrum. For example, the multiplier can be used as a simple alternative for a Tracking Generator, or to measure the rise time of an oscilloscope.
