Tekbox TBBT01 high current bias-tee
Details
The Tekbox TBBT01 bias-tee can be used for measuring the saturation effects of power inductors and bias voltage effects on capacitors. In contrary to other bias-tees, the TBBT01 can measure both at a high bandwidth of 1.2GHz and a high current of 10A. Because of this, this high current bias-tee can be used for evaluating decoupling/bias inductors of RF power amplifiers or EMC filters. The TBBT01 can inject up to 10A current into a 50 Ω RF-path.
