SRM-110 ESD surface resistance meter

The SRM-110 ESD surface resistance meter is used to assess the effectiveness of ESD control measures through measurements of the material surface resistance. The SRM-110 has a measuring range of 10³ - 10¹² Ω and can measure the open circuit voltage up to 100 V. Moreover, the amount of surface resistance is indicated by a 12-digit LED dot display.

This surface resistance meter can take measurements in two ways:

• Measure the surface resistance of a mat via the metal strips on the back of the instrument.
• Use the 4mm banana plugs at the bottom to measure with external measuring probes.

• Storage bag
• 9 V battery
• Earthing cable
• Small alligator clip
• Calibration certificate
