The SPA120 dual source picoammeter measures small currents (2mA down to 200pA) and has an integrated voltage source for biasing experiments. This instrument has many uses from measuring high-value resistances (up to 40TΩ), diode leakage testing, electron beam alignment, materials science etc.
The SPA120 connects to (and is powered by) a PC via USB and is controlled by the free software. Data can be viewed and graphed in real time and stored automatically in CSV files for later analysis.
Connection to the SPA120 is by commonly available 50Ω BNC connectors, and the front end (picoammeter and voltage source) is internally opto-isolated from the chassis/USB earth.
If you only need one source for your picoammeter, check out the SPA100.
