Paste dispenser SP-1000
Details
Automatic paste dispenser equipped with foot pedal, with which an adjustable amount of paste or glue comes out of the needle. Using the rotary knobs, the time and pressure can be set so that the right dot size can be selected for each type of emulsion. In addition, a vacuum setting knob is available with which a vacuum pressure can be built up when releasing the pedal, in order to prevent excess fluid due to inertia.
This device is indispensable when working with SMD on a regular basis. SMD paste can be dosed very accurately and quickly. In addition to SMD paste, adhesive can also be used, for example.
Please note: This device must be connected to compressed air, this is not included, but we do sell a suitable compressor. Every pressure controlled compressor (max 7 bar) or CO2 bottle with pressure regulator (e.g. from the paintball world) can be used as an air supply, but the air supply must be dry and filtered. Connection is by means of 6 mm push-fit; a pneumatic hose is included.
