The SSG5000X series from Siglent contains very high quality RF generators that can generate analog and vector signals. The SSG5040X has
a frequency range from 9 kHz to 4 GHz with a resolution of 0.001 Hz. Because of this large range and small resolution it is possible to generate a very detailed signal for a
large number of applications. Furthermore, this generator offers the possibility of AM, FM and PM modulation and a function for pulse modulation and a pulse generator. The -V models in this series also have the possibility for I/Q modulation.
The generators can be operated via the buttons and the 5 inch TFT touch-screen display as well as with mouse and keyboard. Furthermore, the generator can be controlled externally via the USB, LAN and optional GPIB interfaces.
