Extension for the Siglent 2000X (Plus / HD), 3000X HD, 5000X and 6000A series to add logic analysis to the capabilities of the oscilloscopes.
Please note: In order to use this logic analyzer, you must also purchase the corresponding software. There is different software for the 2000X, 2000X Plus, 2000X HD, 3000X HD, 5000X and 6000A series.
