Details
The Siglent SHA851A is a powerful handheld spectrum analyser and cable and antenna analyser in one, with a maximum bandwidth of 3.6GHz. The analyser comes with a large 8.4" touchscreen display, together with a full keyboard control on the side, making the SHA851A easy to operate. Even though this is a handheld spectrum analyser, it can still compete with its desktop competitors, as it comes with an even better phase noise of 104dBc/Hz and it has a DANL of -165dBm/Hz.
The cable and antenna test frequency ranges from 100kHz to 3.6GHz, and it can offer information about Distance to Fault and a Time Domain analysis. In addition, the Siglent SHA851A can be extended with many options, such as a Vector Network Analysis option, which can have a bias output of up to 32V. Besides the VNA option, the analyser can be extended with a GPS location and trace log recorder option, analog- and digital modulation analysis options, and an advanced measurement kit option. At last, the SHA851A is equipped with a built-in amplifier and can be equipped with an independent signal source (option), and it is possible to perform interference analysis with the use of a directional antenna kit (option). All in all, this analyser is the ideal option to perform RF measurements in the field, without having to compromise on the quality of the measurements.
