Siglent SEM5014A electronic calibration (ECal) module
Details
The Siglent SEM5014A is part of the SEM5000A series of electronic calibration modules (ECal). Through the USB interface, the ECal is used to calibrate and error correct Siglent VNA's. The analyser will automatically identify the calibration module, its set frequency range, and the connector type.
The SEM5000A series is compatible with the Siglent SNA5000A, SVA1000X and SHA850A series of VNA's. Power is also supplied through the same USB interface.
Different custom connector configurations for SEM5000 eCal modules are possible. The connectors labelled as A and B or as A, B, C and D on the module can each be changed at the factory from the standard layout to a custom selection of connectors. You can pick and choose between the following connector types: 3.5mm (M/F), SMA (M/F) and type-N (M/F). More information on this can be found in Table 3-2 of the datasheet.
