The Siglent adjustable TDR probes series are useful when measuring the impedance of electronic components such as circuit boards or wires with uneven spacing between them. The distance between the test-probes can be changed between 0 - 6.5mm with the integrated adjusting-wheel.
The probes are either differential or single ended and are available in either 18GHz or 26.5GHz bandwidths and with either 50Ω or 100Ω impedance. They can be used for the VNA of the Siglent SNA5000A series.
