The Rohde & Schwarz RTH1K-COM4 is a 4-channel premium handheld oscilloscope with a bandwidth of no less than 500 MHz. The RTH1004 has a digital trigger system, which has the best trigger sensitivity for a handheld oscilloscope. Furthermore, there are 37 automatic measurement functions available, making the RTH1K-CON4 offer the same capabilities as a laboratory oscilloscope. The oscilloscope complies with the CAT IV 600 V safety standards.
