The Rohde & Schwarz RTH1004 is a 4-channel oscilloscope in the RTH1000 series from Rohde & Schwarz. The series are robust handheld oscilloscopes with a high vertical sensitivity of 2 mV/div. These oscilloscopes have a bandwidth of 60 MHz. Optional is a bandwidth up to 500 MHz and more information can be found at the bottom of the page. The scopes have a digital trigger system, which has the best trigger sensitivity for handheld oscilloscopes. Furthermore, there are 33 automatic measuring functions available, so that the RTH1000 series oscilloscopes offer the same possibilities as laboratory oscilloscopes. The RTH1000 series scopes comply with the CAT IV 600 V safety standards.
Difference RTH1002 and RTH1004
The RTH1002 has a digital multimeter, with which voltage, current, resistance, frequency, capacity and temperature can be measured. The RTH1004 has only a voltage meter.
