The Rohde & Schwarz RTA4004 is the 2-channel version of the RTM series of oscilloscopes. This series of oscilloscopes has a high vertical sensitivity and can perform multiple functions. Furthermore, this series features a bandwidth of 200 MHz, a memory depth of 100 Mpoints and a sample rate of 2.5 Gs/s, allowing recording over long periods of time. The RTA4004 features a 10.1" TFT capacitive touchscreen display with an intuitive user interface that includes, for example, a function search menu and remote control access via LAN.

The Rohde & Schwarz RTA-4004 is also available in a bundle, upgraded to have a bandwidth of 1GHz and it comes with several options such as an arbitrary function generator, serial decoding and trigger protocols, and more! The full bundle consists of:
