The Rohde & Schwarz NRT-Z14 and NRT-Z44 are fully calibrated, independent directional power sensors designed for high-precision RF power and reflection measurements. They meet the requirements of traditional analog radio as well as modern digital radiocommunications standards. These sensors support multiple measurement functionalities, such as RMS, PEP, crest factor, average burst power, and CCDF.
Because these sensors function as independent measuring instruments, they offer highly cost-effective direct power monitoring without the need for a traditional base unit. The sensors can be connected directly to a PC or laptop. Paired with the free R&S Virtual-NRT Windows software, this setup is ideal for continuous data collection, base station maintenance, and remote-controlled applications such as EMC test systems and transmitter station monitoring.
