Rohde & Schwarz MXO3-B1 16 digital channels option

Mixed signal option for the Rohde & Schwarz MXO 3 series, adding 16 digital channels for capturing serial buses such as SPI, I²C and UART alongside your analog signals.

The bundle ships with 2x Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZL03X logic probe , the dedicated 8-channel logic probe for the MXO 3 series. Each probe connects through the OCuLink interface and offers two independent threshold groups (D0-D3 and D4-D7) for mixing logic families on a single probe.
