The LCR meter performs measurements with an accuracy of ±0.05 % for impedance measurements and an accuracy of ±0.03°for phase measurements. It is also extremely fast because a fast logging function records all measured values up to 10 times per second. The LCR meter has an upper-frequency limit of 500 kHz and can be extended to 1 MHz or 10 MHz using software options. Next to AC measurements, this LCR meter covers DC measurements as well. Moreover, the LCR meter has an internal DC bias voltage of up to 10 V and an external DC bias voltage of up to 40 V. By using the advanced analysis function of the meter, dynamic impedance measurements can be performed which are determined for a series of frequency values or other parameters. Furthermore, the measurements can be controlled and triggered externally via digital I/O ports. The LCR meter comes with a large capacitive touchscreen for easy operation of the instruments and display of the measured results. Lastly, the LCX200 is very suitable for system applications because of its remote controllability and the possibility of rack installation.
