Details
What sets the Rohde & Schwarz EPL1000 EMI test receiver apart from other test receivers is its measurement speed. Measurements of a single CISPR band can be performed in a single shot, making the EPL1000 much faster than a spectrum analyser. The entire measurement range of the EPL1000 spans 5kHz to 30MHz, and measurements are compliant with CISPR 16-1-1. Additionally, the EPL1000 supports the decadic 6 dB bandwidths required by MIL-STD-461 and DO-160. Measurements are simplified by automation; the EPL 1000 automates its signal level adaptations, measurement result evaluation and report generation. Signal analysis is also possible, as the EPL1000 also offers a spectrogram function. Typical application areas are precompliance measurements, precertification and certification in line with IEC, EN, CISPR and FCC.
