RF Explorer 6G COMBO PLUS SLIM spectrum analyser

The RF Explorer 6G COMBO PLUS SLIM is a powerful handheld spectrum analyser with a range of 50 kHz up to 6.1 GHz. It is well suited for analysing LF, MF, HF, VHF, UHF and all usable HAM bands. This allows you to analyse a very wide range of frequency ranges, e.g. radios, Bluetooth, GPRS and 2.4/5 GHz WiFi networks. Compared to the standard 6G COMBO model, this model offers a strong metallic body, a more convenient USB connector on the side, a larger internal battery capacity and a gapless bandwidth.

These handheld spectrum analysers from RF Explorer are inexpensive but still have a surprising list of specifications. When designing, installing and troubleshooting wireless systems, it is often quite difficult to predict the propagation of radio waves. These inexpensive analysis devices offer the possibility to visualize the properties of various frequencies. For a comprehensive overview of the possibilities, an introduction video has been made.

These analysers feature a large battery, making them more than 10 hours to use on one charge. With the supplied software they can display data on a PC, in high detail and with various functions such as '3d-waterfall' display, CSV and image export. In addition, the meter can be connected to a telephone via an OTG cable and measured via an Android app. This app can be downloaded and tried for free, but requires an optional license to work with the meter. Several other third-party software are available from the same website. Users receive lifelong firmware updates for free.
