While great in theory, this turned out to be a finicky and unreliable device.
Unless you're stripping REALLY thin, like wire-wrap-wire AWG30-ish thin wires, then nope.
It struggles even with the wire of those ubiquitous flat rainbow ribbon cables (AWG24 or so), just sliding and scraping over the insulation, unable to dig in.
As it works well for super-thin wires, it will probably stay in the toolbox, but it is by no means a replacement for simple old-fashioned everyday use strippers (as I had hoped) and not a satisfying purchase at all.
