Let's say it clearly: bench multimeters at this price point are a fanciful idea.

But this one falls short but NOT by much of being very very good for how inexpensive it is. The downsides are the very slow pace it has during measurements, mostly because auto-ranging is slow and not the measurement itself... some measurements are not the most accurate, for example capacitance and K-type thermo-couples.

Overall a good companion, with a bit of whining noise with the screen past 50% of brightness. Power cord pretty hard, probes of modest quality, could benefit from an upgrade that nevertheless might add another 25-30 EUR to the cost.

I liked the product as the scree is very pleasant and always on... it changed my work life compared to the hend-held unit.
