Quick TR1300A ESD hot-air soldering station

The Quick TR1300A ESD is a professional hot-air soldering station with 1300 Watt of power. The big advantage of the TR1300A is that it comes with multi-section zone heating, which is implemented using a temperature profile.The station features large nozzles (4.4 to 8.4 mm diameter) and has a maximum airflow of 70 L/min. This device is designed for soldering SMD components such as SOIC, QFP, PLCC, CHIP and BGA. This hot air station is also suitable for drying, paint removal, melting, heating and disinfection of surfaces

The air pump is driven by a 2-stage brushless motor, making the product run quietly and stable. The TR1300A ESD has three channels where the temperature and amount of airflow can be set and the setting is memorized by the device. The air heats up quickly thanks to a ceramic heating element. The plug-in design ensures a stable temperature, long life of the heating element and it is suitable for long-term work.

The hot-air station has an excellent temperature stability of ± 2°C. Also, the range of the air displacement is widely adjustable and also here the stability of the temperature is guaranteed. The station has an alarm for exceeding temperatures and a real-time ESD ground check function that guarantees electrostatic protection for the welding products. A programmable sleep and automatic shutdown function is also available.
