The Pintek DP-15K differential probe can be used to measure very high voltages up to 15 kVpp with floating potentials, with a bandwidth of 75 MHz.
The differential probe has a maximum voltage of 7.5 kV to ground and a switchable attenuation of x100 and x1000.
