The Owon XDS3064AE is the 60MHz version in Owon's XDS3004AE series. The XDS series is Owon's product line based on the successful SDS series. The performance is very good with a large memory and fast update speed.
The most striking thing is the 14-bit ADC that has this scope on board instead of the usual 8-bit. Only more resolution wouldn't have any added value if we didn't also work on the noise floor. And Owon did not forget this. The vertical sensitivity starts at this scope not at 5mV but at 1mV and continues to 10V/div.
