The Owon SDS8202 is a 200MHz oscilloscope and is part of the SDS series, which is a high quality series of scopes for the demanding user. Large memory and a multitude of functions make these scopes a valuable addition to every lab or workspace. With the 8” colour display and the 8 bit AD converter these scopes display the measurement data clearly and in a detailed way. Measurement results can be exported directly to a PC using the USB-B connector, or to a memory stick using the USB-A connector on the side. Apart from that there is also a LAN connector on the device. Scopes with the "V" at the end of the name by default have a VGA connector aside from the previously mentioned.
With the optional battery pack the scopes can be used in the field, without the need of an external power supply.
The models in the SDS series differ mainly in bandwidth and sampling rate. Below the biggest differences are displayed in a table
