The Owon B35 is a high quality multimeter from Owon's 35 series and has Bluetooth and Datalogging. The Owon 35 series multimeters come with 3 major functions. The multimeters can be used as multi-meter, data logger and thermometer. The B35 can be coupled to an Android phone through Bluetooth, The application supports a multitude of simultaneous couplings, which allows for simultaneous measurements to be done.

The backlit screen allows for easy reading of the data. With the 3 5/6 display the data is measured accurately. Apart from this, there is an analogue plot that visualizes the data. The multimeters have a smart-off function which allows for longer battery-life.

With the before-mentioned app the B35 can be coupled to an Android device like a tablet or phone with Bluetooth. The app can not only be used to display the measurement data but it has a lot of extra functionality. The app has the possibility to display the data in graphs and tables, and can export it as CSV. Apart from that the app has a Text-To-Speech engine, which reads the measurement data aloud, allowing for easy measurements due to the fact that the user doesn’t have to look at the screen.

This multimeter is certified up to 250V CAT III, because the internal fuses are only rated up to 250V. If you are looking for a valid 1000V alternative, please look at the Owon OW18B.

Models

The difference between the B35 and the D35 is the lack of the Bluetooth module on the D35. It can't be connected to a phone. The T models also have True-RMS, and the + model has the ability to log data without being connected via Bluetooth.
