The AG4000 series by Owon is their flagship function generator. With the advanced DDS technology up to 150 MHz, 400Ms/s and 32 bit frequency resolution. The vertical resolution is a high 14 bits. Arbitrary waveforms can be generated with up to 1 Million points, and there are 256 storage slots for these signals.
The device can generate, out of the box, the following signals: Sinus, Block, Sawtooth, Pulse, Noise, Sync, or exponential (rise/decay) or a 32 channel digital wave. It can give a DC output, or modulate with AM, FM, PM, FSK and PWM. The function generator features a 3.9” 480x320 colour TFT screen to easily see what waveform is set.
The models in de AG4000 series differ mainly in maximal output frequency. Below a table displays the key differences.
