This multi-channel bi-directional battery simulator is used to replace batteries in R&D, production and test environments. This device accurately simulates the output state or the charge & discharge characteristics of real batteries. It simulates charge & discharge, SOC, internal resistance, faults, and more. Voltages and currents can be measured accurately (up to 0.1mV / µA-range) and the response of the DUT under different battery conditions can be verified quickly. Each channel is isolated.
For the N9000 series, many configurations are possible. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are looking for a battery simulation solution.
Here, we show just an 8 channel example configuration of 1x N9000 mainframe and 2x NB101-06-05-B modules. Each module contains 4 channels up to 6V and +/-5A (charge/discharge). Even up to 9 modules can be installed in one mainframe (36 channels).
Optionally, a temperature simulation module can be added to simulate battery temperatures for the BMS. Another option is the HV power supply module, used to simulate the total voltage.
These options for the N9000 series battery simulator are available, additional hardware options can be found on the datasheet. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
