The SigOFIT MOIP500P is an isolated probe from Micsig that can measure small and large voltages, with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and a common mode up to 85kVpk. With this probe it becomes very easy to measure a gate signal at a high-side FET or IGBT at 600V or even at 1200V, which previously was almost impossible. This probe is indispensable for the development of circuits with SiC & GaN technology, as it suppresses the oscillation caused by high-frequency common-mode noise without the use of redundant components. Furthermore, the MOIP500P has a very low input impedance of <1pF, a very high common mode rejection ratio up to 180dB and a very accurate DC gain of 1%.
There are multiple attenuator tips available to test differential mode signals from ±500mV-±5000V. Thanks to the calibration button on the Micsig SigOFIT probes, sending them in for calibration is no longer necessary.
