Eleshop also offers the DP700 without a case, which is available here.
Note: Some images show the older version of the differential probe with the split design to illustrate the complete set of accessories; however, the main images represent the new design.
The Micsig DP700 is a cost-effective high-voltage differential probe to be used with an oscilloscope. Its main purpose is to measure floating signals of differential and common-mode voltages, also at high frequencies. Its high input impedance, low input capacitance and minimised load effect greatly improve the accuracy of the differential signal. All models in this series have excellent bandwidth flatness, with an amplitude fluctuation < 0.5dB within its half bandwidth range. So, even in high-frequency ranges, high accuracy can be maintained.
The product is especially useful when designing power supplies, motor drivers and when working with electronic ballasts. The probe allows you to perform measurements confidently without damaging the oscilloscope, thanks to its high voltage rating.
The probe is simply powered by USB-C, a common interface on most modern oscilloscopes and computers. This makes the probe a very portable tool and removes the need for a dedicated power supply. It is recommended for use on a ≥100MHz bandwidth oscilloscope. The device will beep, and its LED will flash whenever over-range is detected. The probe is quickly zeroed by short-circuiting the test leads and pressing the Zero button.
Take note, the pictured product is the DP1500, but it is visually comparable to all other models in the DP series.
