Good light is essential for a microscope. This ring with LEDs ensures plenty of light. Even when zoomed all the way down to 45x, this lamp provides enough light. The illumination of the LED ring is easy to adjust by means of a rotary knob mounted on the ring. This makes the ring easy to use.

The LED ring is held in place by three bolts and it can be mounted directly on a microscope of the SM series, or on a barlow lens. The dimensions of the ring can be found in the images and the colour temperature of this LED ring is 6000-7000K.
