The LCR 900 series from GW Instek is a series of handheld LCR meters with a wide range of applications. The test frequency can be set from 100 Hz to 1 kHz on the LCR-914. The LCR-900 meters have a double display which makes it easy to display two measured values simultaneously. The main display of 20.000 counts offers space for capacitance, resistance or induction or resistance. The smaller display, of 2000 counts, offers space for secondary parameters such as quality factor or equivalent series of resistance.
The meters offer two measurement methods, 2-wire and 5-wire measurements, both offering their own advantages. For example, a 5-wire measurement is more accurate.
The meters also offer functions such as data hold, tolerance sorting and zero mode. In addition, it is also possible to power this meter via USB.

The models in the LCR-900 series differ mainly in measurement frequencies, supplied accessories and connectivity.
