The Jovy Re-7550 has been designed especially for the reworking of BGAs on PCBs up to 200 x 200 mm. This model is particularly popular for the repair of mobile phones. Using dark medium wave infrared heaters, this model offers the latest techniques to rework soldered chips lead-free.

With the Jovy Re-7550 infrared BGA station you can:
- Rework the following components: SMD, BGA, CBGA, CCGA, CSP, QFN, MLF, PGA, µBGA etc.
- Rework connections with lead or without lead
- Heat specific components without damaging the surrounding components
- Choose or make the soldering profiles yourself, accurately and locally controlled with a supplied thermocouple
- Pick up components with the supplied vacuum pick-up tool
- Follow the process on your computer in real time

Software
The temperature can be displayed in real time on your PC via USB and it can also be saved or printed as a graph. The device also works as a stand alone.
