JBC JTSE-2QB hot air soldering station

The JBC JTSE-2QB is a powerful hot air soldering station consisting of a control unit, hot air tool and a tool stand. This station makes it possible to repair all types of SMD's quickly and safely, even the largest QFP's and PLCC's.
In addition to the standard manual mode, the station has a number of built-in profiles that enable rework tasks to be carried out with maximum precision. You can also create your own profiles with which the temperature and airflow values are controlled. By means of a thermocouple it is possible to achieve very precise temperature control of a component or PCB. Herewith it is also possible to protect certain parts or specific spots on a PCB against overheating.
At this station the JT-T2A hot air tool is delivered together with one straight and two curved nozzles. The tool stand detects when this rework tool has been put back and immediately activates the automatic standby mode. This stand-by mode ensures better workplace safety and longer life of the nozzles and hot air tool. Furthermore, the stand also has a 'quick nozzle changer' which makes it possible to quickly and safely change nozzles, even if they're still hot.
